Mundelein 9 Evanston 1 + Video HIghlights

Mundelein dominated Evanston on both sides of the pool tonigh to improve to 2-0 in the early stages of the 2006 season. The Wildkits were unable to generate much offense, with Ben McBratney scoring their lone goal against Tyler Rayomme on a powerplay situation in the second quarter.

Andrew Peterson, playing in the field the entire game, scored four goals to lead the Mustangs, Brandon Schawel and Ricky Lukacs each added a pair, and Sean Larsen also found the back of the net once. Mundelein led 4-0 at one point and took a 5-1 lead into halftime before closing the door on the Wildkits with four straight second half goals.
