CSL-New Trier beat Evanston to go undefeated in the CSL in 2006; the teams appear headed for a Saturday showdown for the conference tournament championship if they can avoid upsets against teams like Glenbrook South and Glenbrook North.

CPL-Mather is the #1 seed while Von Steuben has played a tough nonconference schedule, and the two could meet for the Public League final on Saturday at UIC.

WSC-Lyons and Hinsdale South earned first round byes in the tournament, and York and Oak Park advanced to tonight's semifinal games with first round wins on Thursday night. Lyons is the #1 seed after going undefeated in the conference.
